A Short Story

How the entrepreneurial spirit was ignited..

I was born in Fayetteville, NC. Our family moved closer to Raleigh, NC, in my teenage years. It was at that time; I started to accept the Triangle area more as my home. After graduating from Terry Sanford High, I entered the University of UNC-Chapel Hill, where I earned a degree in business.

I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit and liked brainstorming ideas with like-minded people. As a young adult, I founded my first company, XiTech. That was when I understood how much of a passion I have for innovation and creation.

I continue to run and partner with several businesses. I enjoy the freedom and lifestyle that comes with being involved with something that I can call my own. I wouldn’t change total freedom and control over my business and personal life for anything. I guess that’s part of why I love what I do so much!

Like anything else, the service industry is hard work and has its challenges! However, I continue to enjoy the construction and service industry, and I accept the challenge of delivering clients the best service possible! I hope to continue to have many more years of ventures and business collaborations while helping to support and create some of the best companies Raleigh has to offer!
