Not only do we accept credit payments, but you can also process your payment directly within our secure payment portal found directly within our site. We also do not pass along credit card processing fees to our clients.

Our clients enjoy the option of utilizing our financing for those large projects. Why pay out of pocket if you don’t have to? Our financing process is quick, usually getting approval within 2 days. Applying for financing is only a soft credit pull of which will not affect your credit score. We are proud to say that we use Enhansify for our financing needs, and we couldn’t be prouder of how effective they are in helping our clients get the financing needs to start their projects.

Of course, we offer paper options as needed. However, most clients appreciate the convenience of our electronic process. Contract signature approvals are accepted electronically. Our contract pick and choose feature allows clients to remove unwanted tasks electronically. Our invoices are also sent electronically, along with a link to our secure credit card payment portal.

We count, measure, and assess every aspect of the project. Therefore, we have to visit most projects to offer proper pricing. However, due to the recent COVID 19 epidemic, we are offering virtual quotes for small projects.

If we are visiting the property we want to make sure that we point-out any problematic areas, have an opportunity to ask questions, and offer recommendations based upon your needs!

Generally, our estimates are held Monday through Friday from 10 am to 3 pm, unless it’s a holiday.

Typically we can start any given project between 2 to 4 weeks, sometimes sooner, when needed!

We specify how many days the project will take at the bottom of each contract. However, most large projects only take a week or less! Smaller projects can sometimes be completed in one day.

Production Related Questions

Your availability helps to mitigate the potential of any miscommunications. However, we also understand being present is not always an option for everyone. Therefore, being present during the process is not a requirement!

We will adjust to your needs! However, we typically begin our workdays between 8 and 9 am. Our end-times usually range between 4 and 6 pm.

Semi-full service is a free service, which includes us only moving all large items. We do ask that you remove all small and fragile items if you choose the semi-full-service option. The full-service option includes us removing everything for you. However, there is a premium associated with this form of service. For more detail visit our preparations page.
