  • Do you offer rough estimates over the phone?

    No. We count, measure, and assess every aspect of the project. Therefore, we have to visit most projects to offer proper pricing.

  • Do I have to be present during the estimating process?

    Yes! We want to make sure that we point-out any problematic areas, have an opportunity to ask questions, and offer our recommendations based upon your needs!

  • When are your estimate held?

    Generally, our estimates are held Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm, unless it’s a holiday.

  • What are the steps to getting a quote and contracting you for the project?

  • Where is the company based?

    We are based out of Raleigh. However, we also service to Cary, Morrisville, Chapel Hill, Durham, Wake Forest, and Knightdale.

  • Is this a franchised company?

    No, we are not a franchise. The business started locally here in Raleigh.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes. We are fully licensed and insured!

  • How long have you been in business?

    We have been in business since 2004!

Scheduling

  • How soon can you start my project?

    Typically we can start any given project between 2 to 4 weeks, sometimes sooner, if needed!

  • How long will the project take to complete?

    We specify how many days the project will take at the bottom of each contract. However, most projects only take a week or less!

Production

  • Do I have to be there while the work is being completed?

    Your availability helps to mitigate the potential of any miss-communications. However, we also understand it’ not always an option for everyone. Therefore, being present during the process is not a requirement!

  • What time do you normally start and end each day?

    We will adjust to your needs! However, we typically begin our workdays between 8 and 9 am. Our end-times usually range between 4 and 6 pm.

  • For interior painting services, will the painters move the furniture, or should I?

    Semi-full service is a free service, which requires us only to move all large items. We do ask that you remove all small and fragile items if you choose the semi-full-service option. Full-service means we will take care of everything. However, there is a premium associated with this form of service. For more detail visit our preparations page.
